I tried adding an ENB into the main folder and when I tried to start the game, it CTD'd. I removed d3d9.dll from the folder and the game worked again. Do you know what the problem could be and why Fallout 3 won't accept d3d9.dll? WebChecked and double checked to make sure the ENB was installed correctly. I went to ENBdev, downloaded the latest ENB file for Fallout: NV, and installed it according to the instructions for Enhanced Shaders..
